15-Day Return Requests
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before shipping any item back so we can provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Returns for Non-Defective Products
For returns unrelated to a product defect or quality issue, the machine must be unused. Used machines are not eligible for non-defective returns. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your machine arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos. We will review the issue and provide instructions. The unused-product restriction above applies to non-defective returns, not to requests for help with a product fault.

One-Year Warranty
Our machines come with a one-year warranty. To request warranty assistance, contact us with your order number and details of the issue.
